Important Compatibility Information
This system works with external HDMI devices only, such as:
• Apple TV
• Fire TV Stick
• Google TV Streamer
• PS5 / Xbox
• Set-top boxes
It does not work with built-in Smart TV apps (Netflix, YouTube inside the TV).
If you use a soundbar, connect:
Device → Sync Box → TV HDMI
Then TV ARC → Soundbar

Troubleshooting & Support
If part of the strip is not lighting:
• Hold RESET for 5 seconds
• Unplug power for 10 seconds
• Plug back in
This recalibrates the LEDs and resolves most sync issues.
